We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, the following policy explains how returns and refunds work at Le Brooke.
Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, in line with UK consumer regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• It must be returned with original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of use, damage, or excessive pet hair.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will assess the problem and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
